Hosting Services
All hosting plans provided by Profuturehosts are activated and configured immediately after payment confirmation. Since server resources and system configurations are allocated instantly, hosting services are not eligible for refunds.
Domain Registration
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are processed instantly through domain registrars. Once a domain order is completed, it cannot be refunded due to the No Refund policy.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they select the correct hosting plan, billing cycle, and domain details before making a purchase. Profuturehosts will not be responsible for incorrect orders, and such orders will not qualify for a refund
